Event features needed
I have a few very critical asks for events, which is the majority of how I use Castiron. 1.) It’s very difficult for me to mark an order complete now. I used to know to mark it fulfilled by looking at the due date, but since the events are not marked with a fulfillment, now I have to click into each order to see what event they attended to know if it’s fulfilled. Can you please add the product they purchased to the order page? It would be a huge help / time saver. 2.) It’s not uncommon for someone to tell me they are sick or unable to come to the class they purchased. Back when I sold my class as a product, I was able to move their ticket them to a different class by changing the fulfillment date. It didn’t change the product, but I would be able to adjust the inventory on my own, then sort my orders by fulfillment to keep track. Now that I can’t change the fulfillment, I have no way to move someone to a different class without canceling their order and having them reorder a different date. I need a way to be able to move them on the back end, either by allowing us to change the product they ordered, or by adding a date/time to the order which could be changed. 3.) The check out for events is SO confusing to my customers. I would much prefer if they could just indicate the names of all of the event attendees and add multiple tickets to the cart at once. But what they see is a pop-up window that has the number of tickets greyed out which makes them think they can't add more than one. They either need to be able to add more tickets in the original window, or you need to add directions for closing the pop up before adding an additional ticket. I am spending WAY too much time talking customers through this and I am sure I am losing sales from people who are too shy to ask me. 4.) Could you please indicate on the customer facing side how many tickets are left for an event? Again, I am spending way too much time on the back end communicating with customers when I only have a limited number of seats left and they are trying to get more than I have. They assume it's a glitch. It would solve a lot of communication problems if it were clear how many tickets were left before they try to purchase.
